Terms of Service for Digital Access

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By requesting, purchasing, or using a premium digital transmission subscription from Phantom IPTV ("Service"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber") and Phantom IPTV, as an established independent digital streaming provider. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not activate our services.

2. Service Provision & Dedicated Infrastructure

Phantom IPTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access digital streaming content through our proprietary, high-speed CDN and dedicated server infrastructure.

• Single Connection Rule: Each standard subscription connection is mathematically capped to support exactly one (1) simultaneous digital stream. Sharing connection credentials or attempting multiple concurrent stream sessions will trigger automated security blocks on your private routing portal.
• Uptime & Maintenance: We maintain a target 99.9% network uptime across our server clusters. Dynamic failover networks are deployed to shield active viewers during scheduled telemetry upgrades or server maintenance.
• Bandwidth Requirements: For a consistent 4K experience, a stable, un-throttled broadband connection of at least 50 Mbps is highly recommended. Standard Full HD streaming requires at least 25 Mbps.

3. Private Concierge Activation & Credentials

All subscription credentials, portal URLs, and secure transmission parameters are delivered via end-to-end encrypted messaging through our live VIP concierge. As a subscriber, you are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your secure digital keys. Phantom IPTV is not liable for unauthorized portal access caused by credential sharing or customer device compromises.

4. Permitted Use & Account Security

Subscriptions are intended for private, non-commercial residential viewing only. Commercial redistributions, public re-transmissions, or reverse engineering of stream decoders are strictly prohibited. Phantom IPTV reserves the absolute right to suspend any connection that exhibits anomalous request traffic or automated querying signatures.

5. Billing, Terminations & Renewals

We offer flexible digital access packages ranging from 1 to 12 months. All plans operate as fixed-duration digital licenses that do not auto-renew or charge credit cards automatically without explicit consent. When your subscription period expires, your secure transmission portal will silently deactivate. You can contact our live activation team on WhatsApp at any time to manually request a secure renewal.

6. Amendments to Terms

Phantom IPTV reserves the right to modify these digital access terms as network architectures and streaming protocols evolve. Continued usage of your private active stream connection following any updates constitutes complete acceptance of the updated terms.
